Terms of Service (Condensed)

  • +30% of base price for each additional character

  • +15-50% of base price for a background scene

  • Full payment upfront and through Paypal, Cashapp, Kofi, or Venmo.

  • Commission is refundable until the sketch is sent

  • I will send a sketch of the pose and composition before I begin the line-art! Please tell me then if you need me to adjust the pose, expression, proportions, etc!

  • Art should take 2-3 weeks after the sketch is sent, and I'll be sending updates throughout!

Terms of Service

By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will work under the assumption that you have read my T.O.S.

GENERAL COMMISSION INFORMATION

I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.I will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commissions.I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never share or mention it to you (unless there is an issue with it) or anyone without your express permission.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property” that is purchased by you, the Client.Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them. I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

PERSONAL USE

I may post the artwork on social media or use it as a sample for future commissions. Unless specified otherwise, I will always keep the client anonymous in captions when posting their commission online.Clients may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.Clients may display the artwork publicly on their profile as long as I am properly credited.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork in any past, present or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces or future inventions in the space. Any use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with AI technology, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.The following are strictly prohibited;

  • Using my artwork for commercially (making money off of it by any means)

  • Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own

  • Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature

  • Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)

RUSH FEE

Rush fees are at least + 20% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

All my prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for making currency conversions.It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed for more expensive orders.I can refund 100% of the payment only if I haven't sent the sketch. Past the sketching stage there will be NO REFUNDS.If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made. If you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions. I will also have full rights to resell the character design/recycle the art made if chargeback is made.Clients have the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when the artwork has not been completed within three months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

REVISIONS

Clients are entitled to an unlimited amount of changes during the sketching phase. These changes include but are not limited to changes in pose, composition, expression, etc. I will then ask if the sketch is good to move forward with. If confirmation is given, I will officially begin line-art. Any changes from that point forward can only be minor in nature. Minor changes are subject to approval.I reserve the right to stop making adjustments if I feel that clients are abusing my revision policy with excessive or unreasonable requests.

MISCELLANEOUS

I am willing to mimic other art styles, granted they're not from individual artists, but from studios. Mimic fee ranges from + 0% to 50% of base price depending on the art style complexity. For example, mimicking the Panty and Stocking art style would include no additional fee while the Spiderverse art style would be + 30%.If you want to allow me full artistic freedom and want no updates until the piece is finished, please specify this at the beginning. The commission is still not refundable after the sketch is made, except instead of sending the sketch, I will simply message the client that the sketch has been completed. (Under these conditions, artwork is not refundable even if the client is not satisfied with the result)I do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for MATURE (18+) art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any MATURE type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.
